First Week of Classes - Chapter 7

Kaelin had been doing well during her first week of classes. She had been trying to keep up with her credits and getting to class early. (That was thanks to her broom flying techniques!) She also gave herself time to study. She had taken credits for Science and Technology, and she was bound and determined to exceed expectations!

There were a few times when she saw Tiberius as he was switching between classes, though. He would notice her and wave excitedly. It was nice to have someone who wasn't disturbed by her or afraid of her.

In between classes, Kaelin tried her hardest to practice up on her magic. There were times where she went to class early and tried to conjure up apples or change something. There was no harm in it, and she made sure not to try to catch the school on fire.

Being so busy like this, Kaelin was worried she wouldn't have time for anything else. Even though she loved to be by herself, she couldn't help thinking about wanting to hang with Tiberius or with anybody else for that matter. She was trying her best to be around other people, but it was hard. 

Excruciatingly hard.

Would she be able to keep any of these new friends? Would she find more friends to hang out with? Kaelin didn't know. She had no clue...until she met..Jacob.
